• Teach model and practice each of the behavioral expectations.
•  Acknowledge student behaviors which meet expectations.

• examples:  Thank you for walking so silently in the hallway.  Thank you for showing responsibility by putting your items where they belong.

•  Utilize practices to support positive student behavior

•  Interact positively with students
• Always being aware of and looking around at students
• Consistently moving in and around students
